Like many other people I’m seeing the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on my new business pipeline.
Some projects are delayed, some will never see the light of day and others are simply impossible to read as people I’ve been talking to are furloughed, made redundant or are managing a whole heap of other things.
Despite this, I'm continuing to receive regular calls from businesses looking to bolster their social media efforts which tells me more and more people are realising it’s now more important than ever for businesses to use social media effectively.
I want to make it easier for businesses to get the help they need at the moment without having to commit to lengthy agreements or ongoing expense, as well as continuing to support those businesses with ongoing requirements.
To this end I’ve added more flexible options for accessing my support services.
In a nutshell, whether you need retained, project or ad-hoc strategic social media support, I can help through the following.
1. Sett On
Fixed-term, retained support
For clients who need both project delivery and consultancy services, I work on the basis of a fixed-term commitment. These engagements are for three months or more, and may focus on a core piece of work or span the delivery of several projects, all of which we would define upfront.
If you need focussed support for a fixed period of time, this is the best option for you.

2. Sett Up
Where you have a specific set of requirements and need to phase your activities or budget over time, I can deliver work based on a project basis.

3. Sett Support
If you’re running campaigns or ongoing activities and want to be able to call on expert advice to help steer your decisions along the way, this is the best option for you.
You can buy blocks of consultancy time - either as a one-off or an ongoing retainer - to use for strategic support over the course of 30 days. Use cases include scheduled check-ins on a campaign, ad-hoc troubleshooting or reviewing activities and plans.
Sett Support blocks can be bought as a one-off investment or as a rolling retainer to suit your requirements and are priced as follows:

4 hours = £500
8 hours = £800

4. Sett Sounding Board
A one-off, ad-hoc troubleshooting call to discuss a social media/communication challenge you want an expert view on. Run as either a phone or video call, we’ll discuss the topic you want to cover and I’ll provide actionable advice to help you tackle it.
The Sounding Board call lasts for up to an hour and costs £150.
